The Physio-Control Lifepak 1000 AED is a semi-automatic defibrillator designed for use by emergency medical professionals. Should initial lower dose shocks be unsuccessful, the Lifepak 1000 has the ability to escalate the energy shock level to 360 joules and increase chances on survival. The defibrillator also features built-in cprMAX technology, helping to maximise hands on time by allowing CPR compressions to continue whilst the device is charging.
