DefibPad was founded on the core principles of providing quality defibrillators and first aid equipment to businesses, organisations, charities and individuals across the UK. Working in partnership with many industry-leading suppliers, we offer fantastic pricing on a wide range of AEDs and accessories.
At DefibPad, we are always on hand to offer advice or answer any queries you may have about our products or services. Our UK based customer-service team always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service – and you won’t have to go through complicated systems to talk to them.
All of our products are quality checked and we have long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers to bring you a range of high-performance defibrillators. Our strict quality-control procedures mean we always supply products to you with a long life. We take our responsibility seriously and will never supply 'old stock'.
Choose from leading brands such as HeartSine, Mediana, Zoll, Cardiac Science and Phillips for your AED and compatible cabinet or wall bracket. We also supply a range of replacement pads and batteries for many defibrillators.
Because of our outstanding commitment to our customers, we offer free delivery on all defibrillators. If you have to use your defibrillator in an emergency, we will provide you with a free set of replacement pads so you can ensure your AED is ready to use again as soon as possible.
We work with many public sector and private sector organisations and can offer 30 day interest-free credit to support our customers to purchase a defibrillator. We also offer a free trade account service for anyone wishing to purchase large volumes of defibrillators for resale.
We are serious about a greener way of operating and are actively working on minimising our impact on the environment. We use 100% Renewable Electricity and produce most of our energy we use with our 1000sqm Solar PV installation, which generates 146kW of power.
With the help of our manufacturers, we have managed to replace much of the plastic packaging materials and create new packaging materials through the recycling and re-manufacturing of our old cardboard packaging.
Working in partnership with St John Ambulance and First Response, we offer small group training at your site anywhere in the UK. Participants will gain crucial hands-on experience to prepare them to react quickly and with confidence in an emergency.
